Unwavering Technology LLP offers AI, ecommerce, and business automation engineering services — including AI agents and workflow automation, ecommerce platform development (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce), ERP/CRM integrations, web development, and related IT and digital services. Service details, timelines, and pricing will be defined in individual agreements or proposals.
All code, designs, and content developed by Unwavering Technology LLP remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred as per project agreement.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information secure and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Payment terms will be defined in individual proposals. Typically, 50% is due in advance and the remaining 50% upon project completion or deployment.
Unwavering Technology LLP shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to that point.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
We may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
