Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Mode of Delivery

• ✔ All services, including software, websites, applications, and digital products, are delivered via secure digital means such as email, cloud file sharing, Git repositories, or deployment to live environments.
• ✔ No physical product is shipped to the client.

2. Delivery Timelines

• ✔ Delivery timelines are defined in the service agreement or proposal based on project scope and client requirements.
• ✔ Project phases (such as design, development, testing, and deployment) will be communicated with estimated timelines.
• ✔ Delays caused by incomplete requirements or pending client feedback are not the responsibility of Unwavering Technology LLP.

3. Confirmation of Delivery

• ✔ Upon delivery, the client will receive a confirmation email and access to the deliverables.
• ✔ Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming successful delivery within 7 days.

4. Support After Delivery

• ✔ Post-delivery support and maintenance are available as per the agreement or under a separate service-level agreement (SLA).
• ✔ Minor fixes or adjustments after delivery are typically addressed during the support or warranty period, if included.

⚠️ Note: ASince our offerings are digital and customized, there is no need for shipping logistics or courier services.
