Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

• ✔ Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice via email.
• ✔ If the cancellation request is made before the project starts, a full refund of any advance payment will be considered..
• ✔ If work has already commenced, charges will apply for the completed work, and any balance may be refunded based on project status.

2. Cancellation by Unwavering Technology LLP

• ✔ We reserve the right to cancel a project in the event of non-cooperation, violation of terms, or non-payment.
• ✔ In such cases, the client will be billed for the completed portion, and no refund will be provided for services already delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

• ✔ Refunds are not provided for completed and delivered services.
• ✔ If a project is paused or delayed by the client for over 30 days without notice, it will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.
• ✔ Partial refunds may be provided only if explicitly mentioned in the signed service agreement.

4. Refund Process

• ✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the confirmation date.
• ✔ Refunds will be made through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

⚠️ Note: All cancellation and refund requests will be evaluated by our management team and handled on a case-by-case basis. Unwavering Technology LLP reserves the right to make the final decision.
